National Youth Council of Russia and the Union of Youth Council of Turkey signed a cooperation agreement. At the moment, the National Youth Council of Turkey, which is created based on the organization mentioned above, is in the process of formation. As part of the document provided the trilateral cooperation with the Advisory Council on Youth Affairs UN Programme on Human Settlements in the questions of youth participation in decision-making at the local level and the development of their municipalities. Furthermore, the Turkish side has taken the initiative to organize a joint program in the field of youth diplomacy named after A. Karlov in 2017.
