The outcome of the Youth Summit was the adoption of the Action Plan. The document will be presented to the heads of BRICS countries within the framework of the BRICS Summit, which will be held in September this year in Xiamen, China. One of the provisions included in the Action Plan was the proposal to create a joint BRICS countries platform, the members of which will be the National Youth Councils, profile youth associations, national student associations, local youth organizations, in order to implement the adopted recommendations in the field of youth policy and youth cooperation within the framework of the BRICS.
