On October 18 the meeting between the National Youth Council of Russia and the BRICS International Forum took place in the framework of the 19th World Festival of Youth and students in Sochi (Russia). Russian delegation was headed by the Chairperson of NYCR Grigory Petushkov, the Indian party was led by Mrs. Purnima Anand, President of the BRICS International Forum and International Federation of Indo-Russian Youth Clubs. In the course of negotiations they exchanged views on a number of bilateral cooperation issues, discussed the possibility of providing common projects in future and signed the memorandum on cooperation. We should notice that the BRICS International Forum is a socio, economic, political center working amongst BRICS, SCO and friendly countries with a goal to initiate people-to-people dialogue.
