On October 17, within the framework of the Civil Development Platform, a panel discussion «The Future of Civil Nations in the 21st Century» was held. The section was organized by the All-Russian Public Movement «All-Russia Interethnic Union of Youth». Speakers were: the Chairperson of the National Youth Council of Russia Grigory Petushkov, member of the Presidium of the Council for Interethnic Relations under the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Zorin, Chairperson of the State Duma Committee for Nationalities Affairs Ildar Gilmutdinov, Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation and Honorary Doctor of the RAS Institute of Sociology Leokadia Drobizheva. The section was moderated by the Candidate of Ecological Sciences, Chairperson of the All-Russian Public Movement «All-Russia Interethnic Youth Union» Kantemir Khurtayev.
