Russian-German Youth Forum

The forum has been held since 2004.

The Russian-German youth forum is held every year alternately in Russia and Germany. Within some days the event participants discuss important topics for the development of bilateral relations in the field of youth, share their experience of projects, ideas, contacts and form a plan for further joint cooperation.

Target: to involve youth in the development of Russian-German youth cooperation through the formation of the project initiatives, to develop an active life position, to exchange experience and discuss relevant agenda to implement youth policy and youth work in Russia and Germany, to develop joint recommendations.

Target audience: young people aged 18 — 30, representatives of public organizations, authorities, experts and public figures.

In 2015, the Russian-German Youth Forum included besides the business programme (round tables, panel discussions, meetings with experts) the elements of non-formal education (trainings, simulation games).
