On behalf of National Youth Council of Russia and all the youth of our country, we express our deepest and sincere condolences on the terrorist attack that took place in Berlin. We are appalled and shocked by this brutal crime. We wholeheartedly share your pain, we pray for the health of the wounded and the repose of the deceased.
This terrible tragedy has reminded us once again that terrorism is an assault on all humanity, which we can resist only together. We believe that young people and youth organizations all over the world are able to unite against this threat and give it a fitting rebuff, building intercultural dialogue based on the principles of peace, friendship and solidarity.
