«At the suggestion of the Diplomacy Chair, the Board of Academics has established A. Karlov scholarships and awards for students and university teachers on 20 December. MGIMO diplomatic club, uniting students, young professors of international relations, will also be named after Ambassador A. Karlov», — said in the statement.
