On the initiative of members of youth military-patriotic movement «Yunarmiya» in our country there is an action «Children of Russia to children of Syria». Its idea is to send the gifts to the Syrian children on New Year’s Eve. Many of the assumptions are made by the hands. This will be not only images, but also some types of toys. In addition, young patriots are ready to send to the SAR some school supplies and souvenirs.
According to the Department of Information and Mass Communications of the Russian Defense Ministry, in Moscow, Tula, Orenburg and other cities we have already collected 14 thousand packages with gifts. The action involves not only students of the Suvorov and Nakhimov military schools and cadet schools, but also students of ordinary Russian schools
According to «Rossiyskaya Gazeta» (“Russian Newspaper”), collected gifts will be delivered to military aircraft transport from Moscow air base Hmeymim. Officers of the Center of reconciliation of the warring parties will give gifts to the children.
