Bobrov A. graduated from the historical faculty of the Ural State University.
Since 1990 — head of the department of the Central Committee of the Russian Union of Youth (until 1991 – Lenin’s Communist Union of the soviet Russian Federation)
1997 — Secretary of the Central Committee.
In 1992 he actively participated in the creation of the National Council of Youth and Children’s Associations of Russia.
October 1996 — elected Chairperson of the National Youth Council of Russia, held this position until April 2003, re-elected at the Conference in 1997, 1999, 2001. Honorary Worker in the sphere of youth policy.
After leaving the sphere of youth he worked in the Russian Presidential Administration and Foundation «Center for Development of the Information Society.»
Over the last 8 years, he worked as General Director of the Autonomous Nonprofit Organization “The project team “Informexpertise””.
