Born on December 19, 1984 in Moscow.
Graduated from the Middle School №1276 with in-depth study of English. He continued his studies at the Lyceum class of the Center for Pre-college Education of the Russian state University for the Humanities.
2007 — the diploma of the State Tax Academy of the Russian Federation, specialty «jurisprudence».
August 2005 – august 2011 — volunteer, international Secretary, Deputy Executive Director, Executive Director of the National Council of Russian youth and children’s organizations, responsible for international relations.
August 26, 2011 — elected Chairman of the National Youth Council of Russia
Experience in the public sphere:
Since 2007 — the official representative of the National Youth Council of Russia at the European Youth Forum.
In the period of 2007 to 2008 — Member of the Commission of the European Youth Forum for Cooperation with the Council of Europe.
In 2008 – 2011 – member of the Board of the National Youth Council of Russia.
In the period of 2009-2011 — Member of the Advisory Council on Youth Affairs of the Directorate of Youth and Sports of the Council of Europe; an elected member to the administrative board of the Program Committee of the Council (the body’s responsible for the allocation of funding for programs and projects of youth organizations of the Council of Europe member countries).
In the period from 2010 to 2011 — Chairman of the Military History Association «Alliance club of living history.»
Since 2006 — member of the National Committee of the Russian youth campaign «All different — all equal».
Since 2009 — member of the Coordination Council of Federal State Institution «State Borodino War and History Museum and Reserve.»
