The seminar has been held since 1993 in the Nizhny Novgorod region (2001 — in the Ryazan region).<\/p>\n

It is the first federal platform for personal and professional growth of youth leaders in the recent history of Russia.<\/p>\n

Over the past 10 years, the independent non-profit organization «Corporation GROWTH» has been the organizer of the event together with the National Youth Council of Russia, inter-regional youth public organization «Student Union MIREA» in conjunction with federal and regional public authorities, administrations of educational institutions, partner organizations.<\/p>\n

On the proposal of G.A. Rapota, Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Volga Federal District, the corporation \u201cGROWTH\u201d has acquired the status of an official youth site in establishing cross-cultural and inter-ethnic youth communications since 2010.<\/p>\n

Target audience<\/strong> \u2013 leaders of youth (student) associations and organizations, heads of the activities and social life, representatives of managerial personnel reserve.<\/p>\n

During its development this corporation has become a well-known Russian school for young people with an active civil position, conducive to the formation of personal effectiveness, responsibility, innovative approaches to solve socially important problems facing Russian society.<\/p>\n

The total amount of participants is about 2,500 people.<\/p>\n
